Monument Credit Card

While the APR might not be the lowest in the market the Monument card is often targeted at people who have a less than perfect credit rating. The monument credit card was formerly known as the Providian card and is now part of the large Barclaycard empire. You should note that it is very common within the card industry to deny balance transfers between card companies with the same group - so you might find that you cannot transfer a balance from Monument to Barclaycard.
